Scully Jones has manufactured and sold precision rotary industrial machine tool toolholders since 1912, offering a premier product line to service the needs of our industrial customers.
Scully-Jones was founded by James Scully and George Jones, and operated as a privately-held company until 1966, when the Company was sold to Bendix Corporation.
In 1982, Scully-Jones had become one of the many parts of the Bendix Industrial Group owned by Allied Corporation, and was targeted to be sold. Scully-Jones was acquired in 1984 by current management, who continued the same high manufacturing and technology standards Scully Jones customers had come to know and expect.
In late 2003, Scully-Jones acquired Seibert Corporation, a leading manufacturer of multiple drilling and tapping products, toolholders and quick change tooling, becoming Scully Jones Seibert Corporation. The combination of the two companies makes Scully Jones Seibert one of the largest full line quality tooling
